Delivery

The product prices do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. When you place an order, the shipping charge will be automatically calculated and displayed on the website.
 

Here are the details of the delivery charges:

• Standard First Class Delivery (1-3 working days): £4.89.
   

Please Note: We will deliver your ordered products to the address you provide during the order placement. It is essential that you provide accurate delivery address details. We do not verify or check addresses and messages provided by you. We cannot be held liable for any issues, whether financial, administrative, or otherwise, that arise if you do not receive your order due to incorrect delivery details.
 

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address throughout the delivery day. In cases where no one is present during the delivery attempt, standard first-class mail items will be left in a secure location recommended by the courier.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, may, on rare occasions, result in delayed or cancelled deliveries. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you promptly to reschedule your delivery. In any case, our liability to you will be limited to the cost of undelivered goods and the delivery fee.
 

Returns

We do everything we can to ensure our products arrive to you in the best condition possible. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products and promptly inform us if you are dissatisfied. We will fully refund the cost of any products if any of the following criteria apply to the delivered product(s):
 

- The products received do not match your order.

- The products are damaged or defective.

- The quantity of the delivered items is incorrect.

- You do not receive the products you ordered (excluding cases where incorrect delivery address details were provided).
 

We will coordinate with you for the return of the products.

We reserve the right to issue refunds in the manner we deem appropriate.
